Is there a minimum order?
Minimums depend on the series and finish. Tell us your project size on WhatsApp and we will confirm what applies — single-villa packages are routinely supplied.
Can we get samples before ordering volume?
Yes — that is the standard first step. We send physical swatches of your shortlisted series so the texture is approved before the quote.
Do you deliver outside Bali?
Yes. Orders are packed for inter-island freight and delivered across Indonesia; logistics are quoted per order.
Do you work with applicators?
We supply the full adhesive system and installation guide, and can recommend applicators familiar with flexible ceramic.
